In today’s market, traditional job search and career management techniques are falling short, especially as companies double-down on impersonal technology solutions for hiring and we continue to do little in schools to educate professionals on how to effectively job search, build diverse networks and be self-directed in reinventing their skills to meet market demands. Dawn’s talk arms the audience with a simple, 3-step actionable strategy for essentially “bullet proofing” their careers and building job security from within, despite the ever-changing market, growing hiring bias, and uncertainty of the economic future.
